That’s not a flip-flop. That’s supporting Arizona’s law, but not thinking it is right for Texas.

I don’t think Texas law is right for Virginia either.

That's splitting hairs and you know it. Again, he's had 10 years to do something in Texas, and all he's done is poo-poo what other states are doing under the guise 'its not right for Texas'. Meanwhile, the number of illegals is rising as does the burden on the Texas taxpayer.

No sale.

Very true. Upon which foreign border would Virgina build a fence? Send the National Guard for protection? Set land off-limits to citizens (as is the case in AZ)?

Oh wait...It was TX good law vs. AZ bad law. Sorry....I forgot to care about Virginia's laws.
