In these lyrics is the key to writing a popular song. Keep the content extremely brief. Most amateur songwriters fail because there are just too many words.

This one says so little as to say almost nothing at all. But I’m betting there are some killer guitar riffs. 8->

Old Genesis may be an exception to this rule but, come to think of it, they didn’t produce any REAL hits until they applied this rule.

James P. Hoffa and the teamsters union are a totally owned subsidiary of the DOJ.

Since the teamsters signed off on the Consent Decree the DOJ effectively runs the union under a federal trusteeship

Hoffa Lite doesn't sneeze without an OK from DOJ

Obama to Hoffa:

"Who will rid me of this meddlesome priest?"

Seeing the writing on the wall, Becket fled to France where he remained in exile for six years. The two former friends appeared to resolve their dispute in 1170 when King Henry and Becket met in Normandy. On November 30, Becket crossed the Channel returning to his post at Canterbury. Earlier, while in France, Becket had excomunicated the Bishops of London and Salisbury for their support of the king. Now, Becket remained steadfast in his refusal to absolve the bishops. This news threw King Henry (still in France) into a rage in which he was purported to shout: "What sluggards, what cowards have I brought up in my court, who care nothing for their allegiance to their lord. Who will rid me of this meddlesome priest."

The king's exact words have been lost to history but his outrage inspired four knights to sail to England to rid the realm of this annoying prelate. They arrived at Canterbury during the afternoon of December 29 and immediately searched for the Archbishop. Becket fled to the Cathedral where a service was in progress. The knights found him at the altar, drew their swords and began hacking at their victim finally splitting his skull.

The death of Becket unnerved the king. The knights who did the deed to curry the king's favor, fell into disgrace. Several miracles were said to occur at the tomb of the martyr and he was soon canonized. Hordes of pilgrims transformed Canterbury Cathedral into a shrine. Four years later, in an act of penance, the king donned a sack-cloth walking barefoot through the streets of Canterbury while eighty monks flogged him with branches. Henry capped his atonement by spending the night in the martyr's crypt. St. Thomas continued as a popular cultist figure for the remainder of the Middle Ages.

There goes Palin again. Giving a 'school lesson' to the rest of the candidates on how to take on the fight!

Our Republican leadership doesn't seem to care!

And Republican Insiders and elected RINOs actually agree with Hoffa!

Bravo to Sarah Palin for a stunning, cogent response to the thuggery of Jim Hoffa and, by association (and his silence on Hoffa’s diatribe against the TEA party) Barack Obama. She hits a home run with this statement. It indicates the kind of attack Palin intends to launch on union thuggery and ‘crony capitalism’ that allows multi-millionaire, politically connected Wall Street types to cash in while average American stockholders (via 401k plans) are left holding the bag or failing, corrupt businesses are ‘bailed out’ by their ‘friends in high places’, both Democrat and Republican. Sarah Palin gets it. She’ll do something about it, if elected. This is why the left and the GOP elite will move heaven and earth to stop her. Frankly, I fear for the lady’s safety, sometimes. She is not your run-of-the-mill politician or a crank. Sarah Palin is the real deal. I very much hope that she decides to run and if so, I’ll support her - and I’ll be joined by millions of Americans tired of ‘business-as-usual’ in Washington.

The union thugs are without excuse, and they are largely responsible for the economic problems our country is facing.

Governor Palin is the only presidential contender brave enough to fight them. I must say, I take sides with Palin.

It’s probably a reflection of Hoffa’s low intelligence that he can’t even state his insult correctly. The plural for “son-of-a-bitch” is not “son-of-a-bitches,” it’s “sons-of-bitches.”

The picture reminds me of a joke. A program I run requires an eight character password.
So, I picked Snow White and the seven dwarves.

Great observation and a Picture to boot! She has been the only one to speak out. Perry blew it this morning on F&F.

Yes. Where’s Boehner? Where are the other scaredy cats? This wasn’t some obscure labor rally, this was a rally with the president of the United States!

Her posting is, frankly, brilliant. Interestingly, this kind of stuff would have been non-remarkable a few decades ago. How far we have fallen.

And how far we have yet to fall.

As soon as Sarah's done fighting the good fight, they'll come out from behind the tall grass.
