It’s a city made up of mentally disordered folk. What else should we expect?
I’m being kind. These folks are a cross between the Marquis de Sade and Jean-Paul Sartre.
And, sadly, it’s was once one of the most beautiful, sophisticated cities in America. A jewel.
I was only there once but it lives in my imagination as beauty incarnate.
And we are letting the mentally ill destroy it.
