But I never got into the groove of simply dismissing her as a credible and successful politician. I didn't have the heart to join the "let's beat up on Sarah Palin" crowd. For one thing, Gov. Palin wasn't nicknamed "Barracuda Sarah" (by her high school basketball teammates) for nothing. She didn't need me to put out a call for civility. She's one tough political diva who knows how to take the heat. In fact, she's given every bit as good as she's taken.
Palin became the sole star of the Republican Party in August 2008. Sen. John McCain was the nominee. He possessed presidential nominee credentials heavy enough to sink a battleship twice over. But it was Palin who electrified the dormant base of the Republican Party. It was Palin who drew large and exciting crowds -- similar to that of then-candidate Barack Obama.

Donna Brazile is sort of like Carville. Every once in awhile they say something that makes sense.
It’s funny, but the feminists that mock Sarah’s good looks are the ones most fooled by it. It’s the feminists who have presumed her to be a bimbette because THEY hate attractive women and need to put them down. But surprise, surprise, they can’t escape that universal law - what you practice is what you become. So every time the Palin train they’ve pasted a paper bimbo drawing over hits them, they’re always surprised, because they’re helpless in believing their own bullsh!t.
I of course don’t agree with Brazile’s politics at all, but she’s one of the more insightful and civil analysts on the Sunday news shows. (Generally showing up our resident prig, George Will.)

As bad as things are going, I’d almost settle for “President Clinton.”
Actually Donna Brazile is about the only brains in the whole DNC dog and pony show. Remember how she manuevered the party rules committee and got O’jaad the great many of Hillary’s delegates while O’jaad himself was sitting pouting like a child and acting up like a flea flicker about to ruin his chances?
Brazile smoothed the path and got the job done for him slicker than sliding on goose poop and brought those delegates and the win to him, and showed Hillary the door. The white lady never stood a chance, once it got to her rules committee. All the while she kept her mouth shut and I loved they way she did it... ‘Look, I’m a woman, so I like Hillary. I’m black; I like Obama. But I’m also grumpy, so I like John McCain.’
Brazile only sticks her neck out in the wagging head commentary when she knows she can slap one of the republican wagging heads up side the head with a valid point. Otherwise she stays pretty quiet. She can say more just by rolling her eyes than some can say with their mouth.
And she got Al Gore more popular votes in 2000 than Dubya while she directed his campaign.
When you compare Brazile with idiots like Waters and Jackson-Leigh, Eddie Bernice Johnson, it makes you wonder why she’s not running herself for the really big job.
One thing for sure; Palin can play the ‘lame-stream’ media, as Brazille calls it, like a 10-cent harmonica. She’s as consistently infuriating to the left as a tribe of hemorrhoids, and evidently knows every soft spot. Fascinating politician to watch, in or out of the race. Fantasy election result; Trump/Palin! Talk about infuriating to the lefties.
Funny thing, Carville is a ragin Cagin and obammy got on his bad side when he put a halt to off shore oil in the Gulf. Screwed a whole lot of Lousiana folks income.
Had Carville half a chance I think he’d throw obammy to the lions.
I know I’d like to take him personally to the M.G.M. Grand Hotel in Vegas and feed the marxist scum to their Lions in the casino.
M.G.M. has a plexiglass room there for them and all to see.
Hell put it on pay per view and make up quite a bit on the national debt and I’m sure it would get very good ratings.
"President Pet Rock" would be a huge improvement over the communist who has occupied our White House for nearly three years. I'm hoping and praying for a real, patriotic American, and I'll be happy with anyone who will dismantle everything that the thug from Illinois/Kenya/Indonesia/Hawaii has done to America.

"She hates America too": I don't think she has any feelings either way about America; as far as I can tell, she just wants power. Unfortunately for us, we'd be under her thumb, and she's a whole lot more capable than Obama (not that Obama set a challenging standard in that respect).

Don’t know where you got your data, but as far as ‘results’ are concerned Slick Willy inherited a 4.3 GDP from the Reagan/Bush administration years and when he left it was only 2.21. Facts are facts. ;>)
