Not trying to be lacking in compassion, but I do not understand how anyone could have made jokes about any of this. "Gallows humour"?
More like depraved indifference.
Still, I'm glad that she changed her life and shared her story.

Just heartbreaking. How do these people sleep at night? May the Lord have mercy on them.

I agree - I thought the article a bit too light hearted; but at least she changed. At the bottom of the linked article is another link wherein she answers questions; I haven’t read it yet. Maybe it sheds more light on her.
I have a feeling that she is trying to appeal to people who are pro-abortion, rather than preaching to the choir.

You may be right. Maybe I’m looking at this the wrong way. It was just more than a little disconcerting.

"
I have a friend that is a post-abortive counselor. She says that women suffer more the older they get. She had a woman in her 40s tell her that it haunts her each and every day."
If you're going to have an abortion, or perform an abortion, you have to deaden your senses and shut off your conscience.

I’ll have to read the article linked at the bottom and see what she says. I think that she was trying to present facts without adding her viewpoint. It was disconcerting.

You are most likely right. It does take enormous courage to share a story like this.

This woman tests even God’s powers of forgiveness.

While I personlly oppose abortion, I strongly support a womans right to choose. And while I personally oppose rape, I strongly support a man's right to choose.....

you are so right. Isn’t it so very sad that humans can choose to believe lies so that we can try to run from our sins? The only right to life given is through God. When a woman has an abortion, she chooses her life over someone else’s. Doesn’t matter the circumstances, it’s all about “her.” We want to be all powerful, all in control...and we refuse to submit to the authority and power of our creator, God. By aborting a child, a woman falsely uses her power to deny God His purpose in that child’s life. Life isn’t ours to throw away...nor are those smallest of lives in the mothers’ wombs, either. God will judge us all eventually, and this will be another of our nation’s common sins to bear.

Ann Coulter reflecting on the death of George Tiller:
I wouldn't kill an abortionist myself, but I wouldn't want to impose my moral values on others. No one is for shooting abortionists. But how will criminalizing men making difficult, often tragic, decisions be an effective means of achieving the goal of reducing the shootings of abortionists?

Grippingly sad. A woman's voice put upon the autocracies committed in an “Abortion” clinic. Words cannot express the feelings I have as I read this but tears come closer.
