How can one live with this? I couldn’t live with myself.
Aren’t there stories of Nazi’s laughing at Jews as they died in the gas chambers?
In a way, I can see why they laughed. As a defense mechanism to keep them from focusing on the atrocities they are committing against another human being. Because if they do stop the laughter and realize what they are doing - the only natural reaction is to put a bullet in their brain.
