Just my opinion, but I think Perry has spent most of his time dealing with the fires, and probably hasn’t spent much time “prepping” for a debate. I actually had very low expectations for his first debate.

Yep, out at the fires on Monday, at the debate on Wednesday. Not the greatest preparation for a debate.

That being said, he needs to be well prepared for the next debate and the inevitable "gotcha" questions. There will be more. They did it to Bush 43, they did it to Palin, and they will do it to Perry.
