Lawyers? Colleges?
This makes me happy that I own a 1950s ranch house that’s built like a tank. Where I live McMansions are everywhere and after only six or seven years some of them are falling apart.

The builder, Pulte,hires the sub contractor who in turn hires his workers to do the job. Pulte’s responsibility is to see that the sub is legal and the subs responsibility is to hire legally documented workers.
Trust me when I tell you there are as many problems with so called “custom” home builders as there is with the corporate home builders.
New homes are not being built.
Construction workers are unemployed.
Unemployment makes Obama look bad.
Thou Shalt NOT make Obama look bad.
