President Barack Obama is calling on Congress to stop what he calls a "political circus" and immediately pass new jobs legislation to help the economy and restore fairness and security to the nation.
In excerpts released by the White House Thursday night ahead of the president's speech to a joint session of Congress, Obama says the country faces a national crisis and a question: whether elected officials will meet their responsibilities the same way regular Americans do.
Congressional officials and others outside the White House say the plan costs nearly $450 billion and would increase and extend a payroll tax cut for workers that goes to Social Security, while providing the tax cut to employers, too.
The officials spoke on condition of anonymity ahead of the president's remarks.
Struggling to fix the sickly economy, President Barack Obama planned to appeal to Congress Thursday night to support nearly $450 billion in tax cuts and federal spending, including deeper payroll tax cuts to keep more cash in the pockets of dispirited Americans. His message to Republican lawmakers heading into re-election campaigns: You'd better help.
Shortly before Obama's nationally televised speech to Congress, officials said the president would ask lawmakers to give a Social Security payroll tax cut to employers as well as workers as he looks for ways to cut into a national unemployment rate of 9.1 percent.

If obama really wanted to end the circus, he would have his ears pinned back, the ugly mole thing removed from his face, stop turning blue, get his wife to have liposuction everywhere including her big mouth, have her stop wearing the whitehut shower curtains all at the same time, NEVER let her be seen in spandex, and maybe just maybe, we could start taking those words seriously.

Well then they should start the impeachment proceedings.
But Obama is the ring leader.
We need a picture of Obama in a clown costume, standing on his head, calling on Reid & Pelosi & Co. to “stop this stupid circus!”
