Again, you don’t see articles like this everyday about people who don’t matter and matter big. Where are the articles on Rudy, Christie, Jeb, Bolton etc etc? As a Palin supporter I’m comfortable with her running and getting 1 percent of the vote, she shapes the debate for conservative good but gets no credit. She has had such a positive effect on conservatism and America over the last few years...unless you are a media-cowed idiot that is, in that case go be scared somewhere.

Do you mean that Palin skeptics are ticked because Sarah has a loyal following? Do you have a substantive criticism? It isn’t just a liberal thing, all people seem to slam character instead of talking facts. Is it her positions, that the elite are afraid when might win and where would they be? Or that she is glamorous yet lives a full life with a trophy husband who shares in child rearing and supports her ambitions, she walks to her own tune and ENJOYS life with her hunting,fishing,running,and predilection for EXPOSING CORRUPTION and standing up to the good old boys?

Obama had a loyal following too, fainting like clockwork before the messiah. Did you object when this worship was noted MANY times on FR a few years ago as an indication something was very wrong in the character of that campaign?
The Palinites aren’t that bad, but they are certainly past the level of the Howard Dean followers. And the Deanies were pretty over the top. But the Palin people still have time, and certainly the intensity of this narrow group is increasing. I don’t rule out they will catch up.
People are going to notice. And not many will think it’s healthy.
