The Bay area has been very mild this summer. Certainly not the 2nd warmest summer on record here.

Sacramento weather has been fantastic for the third straight year.
We had a very warm July here in No. VA, but August was very cool. There were tons of reports about the heat, but nothing about the temps in August. It feels like October here now after all the rains.
