There is so much more to this than I have even posted. The whole thing is being run from the White House.
I spoke to a representative from the Sierra Club and asked aboutthe actions of Gregoire and Cantwell, and was told that they were under heavy, heavy pressure from WA, DC, which to me means the White House.
