Maybe. But the way the article is written, citing a figure north of $15.1 Trillion, and knowing that the Administration maxed out the debt increase agreed to by the end of July, I figure this is a further raise and larger than the July agreement.

So despite the poor syntax or grammar (sorry, I'm just a dumb, conservative redneck who has learned to never start another thread), the question should be asked.
