I have to agree with you about our dependency. Meanwhile, even the sun could put out a solar flare and get us whacked out for awhile. There is something to be said for at least having stuff that works without the new technology.

gas stations... etc etc etc.

It's NOT just 'electronic toys'...

Fortunately my ‘puter is completely analog and is immune to EMP. As long as FR continues arriving, I’ll be fine.
