Yes...he will fit in some campaigning in the speech. He’ll mention how there hasn’t been another terror act since he became president. Perhaps that “he” got Bid Laden...as he so often says.
I have a very difficult time watching him. Honestly, I think I watched only one of his speeches since he became President. I tense up.
