NATO has carried out airstrikes on the Moammar Gadhafi stronghold city of Bani Walid, as fighters seeking to rout him retreated after heavy battles there overnight, reports from Libya said Saturday.

A Reuters reporter on the ground said there were at least five explosions Saturday as NATO flew aircraft overhead. Earlier, anti-Gadhafi fighters pulled back from Bani Walid, saying they expected NATO attacks on the town.

In a new audio message from hiding, Gadhafi calls on his followers to rise up and fight, saying "this is the zero hour."

I have a question. We can all agree that Gadhafi is a murdering scum, but what legal theory does NATO use to justify bombing raids in Libya?

One of these days these tin pot dictators are going to figure out to invest in aircraft instead of nukes and wmd’s. Whoever rules the skies wins.

NATO has degenerated into a ganster syndicate and they don' need no steenkin' legal theory.

If President Bush had done this, all hell would be breaking loose and we’d be hearing BS about the “world court”, “international court” and lynchings of Republican politicians. VP Cheney would never have had the opportunity to finish his excellent book.

But, of course, Bush wouldn’t have done it. Because unlike Carter, Clinton, and Obama, he generally preferred to fight wars on the right side, in our national interest.

There wasn’t any legal authority. They used the pretense that he was slaughtering his protestors. Several were killed. So We go in and set up George Soros’s bank, and proceed to kill over 30,000, wound probably 5x that, by the latest numbers, destroy the entire country’s infastructure, put the economy of Lybia on hold, meaning where is the food and potable water coming from?, and giving Al Qada Qadafi’s entire stockpile of surface to air missiles and any WMDs he may have had.

The entire world will be paying in innocent blood for this moronic, retarded, imbicilic, Leftist theft and rape of Lybia until the Day of The Lord.

Is NATO still bombing Libya? I thought that the Muslim Brotherhood (with America's and NATO’s help) had won the war? I guess the MSM was wrong again? Fancy that.
