Former President George W. Bush gave a wonderful speech today in Shanksville, Pennsylvania for the 10 year anniversary of 9-11. It was one of his best. The audience including Vice President Joe Biden and former President Bill Clinton gave him a standing ovation.

I guess that Biden and Clinton have more class than I thought they had...even if was probably politically correct.
I told my hubby that it was nice seeing a REAL President, for a change.
Great speech by President Bush, who has always been able to find the right tone for this sort of benediction.
Clinton, on the other hand, isn’t fit to sit on that stage. Because of his failings and indifference to national security, we’ve spent a decade cleaning up after him and those brave souls on flight 93 are no longer with us.
I know many Freepers hate G W Bush, but I sure miss him now.
GW had his warts, but I sure miss him and have missed him for the past 3 1/2 years. Look at the mess he inherited from Clinton, but did he once play the blame game? No! Unlike the little cry baby now squatting at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.
