Could it have been just an innocent muslim prayer time?That's a thought!
In one of my previous jobs, the men's bathroom sinks were constantly getting clogged by bits of paper towels. I finally discovered that some of the Muslim workers were using the paper towels to stop the water from draining (there were no stoppers) so they could wash their feet as required by their religion.
I didn't have any particular problem with them washing their feet, but it annoyed me that they were mucking up the place for the rest of us.
