WHERE IS EQUAL PROTECTION UNDER THE LAW?

Look at the “Buy America” provisions. This is so much more stringent than the 1935 Buy America Act — it is the same provision as the original stimulus bill — and caused much confusion in its implementation.
OK Obama is a communist, an idiot, brainwashed anti-American saboteur whose voters are clueless sheep.
But what in heavens name is wrong with “Buy American”?
Sheesh. We should have been demanding it.
Section 374 prohibits certain acts by employers, including this:

What the heck are you sure you read it right. I have to go look at it. I noticed alot of these things in the so called bill are retreads from the 70s and also 95 and 98. If some of these are already on the books why would you have to resubmit them in a new bill?
If this becomes law, anyone with a job opening (there won't be any, don't worry) basically could be committing a federal crime, and opening themselves to investigation by Holder and the Justice Department if they don't hire the first unemployed person that walks in and applies for the open job.
(2) fail or refuse to consider for employment, or fail or refuse to hire, an individual as an employee because of the individual's status as unemployed;
To turn down an unemployed person, you must be ready to defend yourself against a charge that you "refused to hire them based on their status as unemployed."
Obama and his socialist minions will be able to review every hiring decision under a new, more open criteria (they already can review every hiring decision based on other "equal employment opportunity" laws). This just adds one more class, "the unemployed" to the protected classes that must be hired on the spot when they apply for a job, or you'l have to be prepared for a lawsuit and federal investigation.
Section 374 is great for employment, but only in China, Mexico and other countries that are beyond the jurisdiction and reach of this law.
Of course, nowhere did give the federal government the authority to inject themselves into hiring decisions. There is no authority enumerated in Article 1, Section 8 of the United States Constitution which allows this. But this President doesn't care, and neither does this Congress. Those limits are meaningless to these clowns, and the courts have gone along with this progressive expansion of federal authority for over a century.
