That's about as official as it gets right there.
I thought from The Won's speech last week that Boehner and the Congress had to pass the bill so the White House could (have their union buddies) write the bill. That's what I got from the words scrolling up the teleprompter, as Obama read them.
Still no actual (sponsored, submitted) bill on Thomas (the official website of the Library of Congress where bills are posted publicly).
Actually, if you want to see the "official version" from the white house, and not worry about modifications made by HuffPost people, you can get it from the white house website. There are (at least) two versions of the bill on the white house website:
I haven't compared the two versions yet to see which is which and what the differences are. But there are significant differences in the file sizes.
