Michele is tone deaf when it comes to the feelings of others. Somethings just aren't all about her.
I will give an example:
My mother had two beautiful dresses. One was bright pink and the other was a pale gray with light pink trim. When she was deciding what to wear to my cousin's wedding she said, “I will wear the gray dress. The bright pink dress would draw attention away from my sister ( the mother of the bride.)”
My mother had real class. My mother was thinking about others. For Michele even a memorial service is all about her.
That and a teenage daughter who hates being seen with her when she dresses like that.

What I see after her mouth passes the silver frame is “what they do for their (or that) flag.” [Notice the number of times her tongue touches her upper teeth.] I can’t tell what proceeded these words, but it is a short utterance because it is spoken after her mouth is behind the silver frame and has been uttered by the time her mouth emerges from the silver frame. Words like “unbelievable” or “It’s somethin’” or “amazing” would fit the time frame. I’m guessing either:
It’s something what they do for their flag.
or
Unbelievable what they do for their flag.
or
Amazing what they do for their flag.
I don’t really think “I can’t believe” would fit, time wise, in the phrase.
Eye movement around the outside corners of the eye is key, and it is hard not to think there is some lack of emotional connection, but Michelle’s face has such strong anger lines, it’s hard to see past them. He seems more telling in his eye movement, and there does seem to be a hint at some type of “pitiful” thought.
That’s my take, as lacking in value as it is. LOL!

I’m not the world’s expert, but having had to do lip reading for over 50 years (out of necessity), I’ve played the video over and over and I can pretty much see that she says “...that for folding that flag” or “...that for folding a flag”. It looks like the word before these ends in the syllable “eve”, such as “believe”, but the first part of it is covered by the window frame as are the first words before that.
The combination of these words and the expressions and eye rolls give a very good idea of what her thoughts are, even without knowing the words she uttered. Of course, JugEars Halfrican nods and agrees with her.
Sorry, but if all you got is “inappropriate facial expressions” then I’m not impressed.
If it were someone you respected, you might assume that the conversation was about someone showing disrespect to the flag, or about how terrible those terrorists are.
Seriously. This is embarrassing to us all.
