I think it could be good, but that it hasn’t been well thought out.
Just because we don’t have all the details doesn’t mean it wasn’t well thought out - knowing Cain and his mathmatical and economic background, he has looked at this from every angle.
The details will come out in time, but until then I don’t think anyone should be writing this off. It is still light years better than what we have now, and better than any other candidate is offering.
I much prefer Cain’s 9-9-9 plan over Obama’s 6-6-6 plan.
