His name is Ronald Patrick Stavas, he was born on July 31 1966. Bail set at $50,000.
He also has been a defendant in three other criminal cases since 1998. He is obviously an A-1 jerk.

A minor point: If you cut the brake lines on a train the brakes won’t release. The car won’t move.
