Does anyone know what the justification is for a 'criminal investigation'? Companies go bankrupt every day. Not all get the full fledged interest of the FBI and the Justice Department. I too smell a skunk.

Exactly what I thought after that immediate raid. Team Obama has laid the groundwork for "nothing to see here - time to move on." This and Fast and Furious are way, way beyond "Iran Contra" but Team Obama is counting on the mainstream media ultimately having their back.
