I would presume the author's lawyers got to view the book too, before it was published given the nature of the allegations.
Likewise, I would also expect some statement or action from Rice's corner if the allegations about his tryst with Palin are false.
Unless of course, Rice too, is part of this dreadful conspiracy to get Sarah.
