SEATTLE, WA -- On September 11, 2011, blacks from the West Coast and the East Coast joined together and signed one of the most comprehensive legal briefs ever prepared on racial discrimination, then filed their brief today, September 12th, at 9:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time in US District Court in Seattle (Case No. C11 - 1503). The plaintiffs, who refer to the defendants as Father of Racism, allege that as an organization, the Democratic Party has consistently refused to apologize for the role they played in slavery and Jim Crow laws and for other subsequent racist practices from 1792 to 2011. Rev. Wayne Perryman, a former Democrat himself and the lead plaintiff in this class action lawsuit, said he was inspired to file this action after seeing the recent movie The Help. The movie takes place in the region that was exclusively controlled by Democrats for more than 150 years (the South). Mrs. Frances P. Rice, the Chair of the National Black Republican Association is also a plaintiff in the lawsuit. Mrs. Rice is a resident of Sarasota, Florida and has lived in the the South most of her life.
The case cites the collective work of over 350 legal scholars and includes Congressional records, case law, research from our nation's top history professors, racist statements from Democratic elected officials, citations from the Democrat's National Platforms regarding their support of slavery, excepts of speeches from Senator Obama, individual testimonies from blacks who lived in the Jim Crow South and opinions from the NAACP.

They say in the article that they only want an apology not monetary damages. It’s a black conservative group.
Including the Terrorist wing of the Democrat Party;
the Ku Klux Klan
Move along...nothing to see here.
Y’all get back to pickin’ that political cotton, ya’hear?
My understanding is that the KKK was southern response (Democrats) to the Masonic Lodge (in the North) accepting Negroes into full membership.
Just as Joe Smith was unhappy with the NY masonic lodge (so much that he started his own lodge and called it a “religion”), so it was that the slave-believers of the South wanted their own “fraternal lodge” that excluded Negroes.
oops. Sorry, I missed that part.
Not moveon.org, Move-on-up is the site.
habitual scanning - must slow down. Thanks, makes sense now.
If you have never been to the NBRA website, you might just want to cruise on over there and look around. This is an association of Black Conservative Republicans. Some of the articles, especially from those who are just waking up to the lies and deceit that they were taught and believed all their lives, are amazing!!!

It’s funny that fact isn’t covered in American History classes.
If this is legit.
It’s about D*** time.

In a phone conversation with Ms. Rice of the NBRA, I was shocked to learn that the reason most Blacks now are Democrats was because of things that happened at the time of President Kennedy’s assassination. From the NBRA website:
“President John F. Kennedy Was Not A Civil Rights Advocate
“Democrat President John F. Kennedy is also lauded as a civil rights advocate. In reality, Kennedy voted against the 1957 Civil rights Act while he was a senator. After he became president, John F. Kennedy opposed the 1963 March on Washington by Dr. King that was organized by A. Phillip Randolph who was a black Republican. Dr. King criticized Kennedy for ignoring civil rights issues. This criticism was one of the reasons that Kennedy, through his brother Attorney General Robert Kennedy, had Dr. King wiretapped and investigated by the FBI on suspicion of being a Communist in order to undermine Dr. King.
“When the King family sought help with getting Dr. King out of a Birmingham jail, Richard Nixon did not respond because he knew that no individual Republican could have any control over the actions of the racists Democrats in the South. Kennedys civil rights advisor, Harris Wofford who was a personal friend of Dr. King, made a telephone call on behalf of President Kennedy without Kennedys knowledge that resulted in Dr. Kings release. Kennedy was angry about the call because he feared that he would lose the Southern vote. History shows, though, that the call By Wofford eventually worked in Kennedys favor and is the primary reason so many blacks wrongly revere Kennedy today.”
Then, when Kennedy was killed in Dallas, they were able to spin it that the racist Republicans killed Kennedy because he was “helping” the Blacks. Way too many were convinced of this lie! Way too many still believe it TODAY!!!
Even IF they get nowhere at all in the court, at least it is out there where someone can stumble across it. YES, the media will try to ignore this completely, and the courts will try to kill it before it gets any traction, but everyone it does reach will be one more who knows the truth.
And, “THE TRUTH SHALL SET YOU FREE”!!!
Now, it’s OUR turn. They can only ignore it IF we let them.
Paraphrase: The only thing necessary for evil to win is for good men to remain silent!!!
Interesting article about what caused the Civil War. See Weelky Mountain Democrat, 12/20/1862 pg 9, more here: http://www.newspaperarchive.com.
It says that Republicans would rather disband the United States than to keep slavery in place.
It is a black conservative site. I think they are serious - at least it will be interesting to see if the media even mentions it.
Thanks, on my list *~* will get to it later today. I wonder how Louis Farrakhan gets away leading “the Nation of Islam” and demanding reparations. The Black race and others of America should be ashamed of themselves for following this charlatan; to be so stupid as to think this fraud is in this for anything but the money he can get and the taxes he doesn’t pay.
