As a kid growing up in the US during the Cold War, the idea of neighbors spying on neighbors, family on family, was such a terrifying thought. Now it’s the policy of the POTUS? What’s happened to us?
They got an early start with reporting child abuse.
Never mind if you are just a crank with a bone to pick, you can report your neighbor for child abuse! And when it is found out you are wrong in your accusations, no problem, you are safe.
This has been going on for when, since the 80’s?
THAT’s when this all started. Its for the children.
