There are some folks, quite a few that believe she may announce on the 17th, Constitution Day. But they are only speculating...She mentions We The People all the time, and has the Constitution all over the bus...

Does she have a public appearance scheduled for that day? I can’t imagine that she would announce without giving speech, but I could be wrong.
