Alimony/child support is based on previous lifestyle and ability to pay. My daughter is divorced and child support for the one child is over $3000 monthly plus all medical and education expenses.

Which means he can ultimately ignore any courts civil proceedings until he is no longer in the House, or the House chooses to censure him.

And the court can rule against Walsh in absentia and impound his assets, which is not prohibited by the Arrest Clause.
