Maybe, but the gray strips on the sides and the bottom of the back of the buggy look a lot like the Scotchlite strips We had on Fire Dept. turnout gear and have on oilfield coveralls.

Would an orange triangle make that vehicle more visible? Really?

Doubt it....not on a horse drawn carriage going four miles an hour in any traffic at night. The Amish were just doing what they've always done and the LEOs were doing what they do.

That said, it's a matter to be left to the Court.

Know any Amish legal eagles? Didn't think so.

Pedestrians have more protections.

It's like somebody said when they put flashing high intensity lights on top of school busses: "If you can't see that big yellow thing WITHOUT a light..."(and you know the rest).
