Other areas of womens behavior, such as fashion, are communicated through advertising and multimedia promotion. I believe many women have become more prone to accepting ideas promoted through advertisements and peer attitudes. This plays out well for liberals, too. Of course, this is a generalization.

My wife of 29 years can pass thru a room with a commercial on the television and she freezes in an absolute trance. She then wants or needs what was just advertized. It's absolutely fascinating to see. She does the same thing in stores. She will actually go to a Family Dollar store and unstress herself by moving from product display to product display. She uses stores like that because it limits her costs in ratio to her impulses. She knows she needs none of the crap she buys.

Now if there is a movie or news show on the TV, she cannot watch it for more than two minutes without losing interest. She likes the CMT channel because it has five minutes of commercials for every five minutes of show.

—Of course, this is a generalization.—

It is all generalization, just as it is a generalization to say that men are taller than women, or that women have bigger breasts than men. I’ve seen some pretty tall women, and some pretty flat chested ones - and some men who could use a man-bra.

That doesn’t mean it is not a reasonably accurate statement. 8->
