it is an act of war on a foreign state
I wholeheartedly DISAGREE, It is an act of TREASON,Congress “Officially Declared” a “War on Drugs” in 1987. These asswipes willfully and knowingly provided DIRECT SUPPORT to the ENEMY in the “War on Drugs” While the United States was Officially at WAR.
TREASON is the Only Appropriate charge. at the very least they are ENEMY COMBATANTS, They should all be charged, tried, and upon conviction, HANGED on the WHITE HOUSE LAWN.

My point is there are MANY, MANY ways in which F&F is illegal, and dangerous, and treacherous.
>Congress Officially Declared a War on Drugs in 1987.
Do you have a citation of the official document? That would be quite interesting to see; until I actually read the proof I would say that the phrase is a slogan rather than an actual war.
>These asswipes willfully and knowingly provided DIRECT SUPPORT to the ENEMY in the War on Drugs While the United States was Officially at WAR.
Treason is defined as “Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.”
Note the ‘them’ this means that the enemies are those of the States themselves, rather than the FEDERAL government; considering the cartel presence in TX and AZ and the danger these cartels pose to those states it is treason REGARDLESS of the state of war.

It is, but we NEED to build a case against all the wrongdoings in order to utterly smash them even apart from the charge of treason. (This is because getting a conviction for Treason is VERY difficult to obtain and, as the government itself would be involved in the trial, may be impossible to obtain.)
What is not arguable is that the Declaration of Independence’s assertion of what is the people’s right and duty when the Government becomes unjust is getting closer.
I am quite interested in that citation of the “War on Drugs” being a literal war as it could then be used as a foundation for claiming that the recent Indiana supreme Court decision ruling that the Citizen has no right to resist an unlawful police entry is actually a violation of the 3rd Amendment.
