I'd like to see a poll on whether Obama will finish his first term!

I’m wondering if Zero is now looking so pathetic that he’s beginning to generate sympathy....

Some interesting internals.
Thirty-two percent (32%) believe the presidents policies have helped the nations economy while 50% believe they have hurt. |
Seventeen percent (17%) now believe the country is generally heading in the right direction. |
Forty-seven percent (47%) have confidence in the stability of the U.S. banking system. |
Each of those shows statistics shows a crisis of confidence. If people believe things are going to get worse, just dumping money into the system won't help as they will just pay down debt, buy gold, or bury it in the back yard. This psychological element is one of the main reasons that Keynesian economics won't work. Perception is reality. And the perception is that anything Obama does will make things worse. The more he tries to do the more uncertainty it will cause and the worse things will get.

I think it’s clear that 3-5points of Obama’s deficit were the result of lefty angst. The jobs plan and especially the tax hike has brought them back.

Holding steady today. I'm predicting a drop tomorrow. The real numbers in the poll are not holding steady. Today's actual number is 46A/53D - which is up for Hussein and, unfortunately, showing some steady improvement for him over the last week or so.
I'm not sold on this Presidential Approval Index. The straight up approve/disapprove numbers tell the real story in my opinion.
