Genachowski is refusing to attend a House hearing today on how and why the FCC fast-tracked the matter. Most transparent administration ever:

Well that's simple. His FY12 budget loses $115M for every day he fails to appear. That gives him 3 days to show up before the FCC ceases to exist.
