I tend to agree, but if the subsequent polls back up this Florida Times-Union showing Perry jumping ahead after the debate, he is in good standing.
He kept his cool against constant attacks, which I think helped him. I think maybe a lackluster performance was overshaddowed by Bachmann's asinine accusations that Perry "forced" girls to get shots, and insinuating that he's making children retarded.
