GOP never even tried to run a serious campaign before turner. Same is true for other jewish districts in NY.

Turner is Tea Party Version 2.0. The fisrt group of candidates from 2010 contained a distressingly high number of people with their hearts in the right place but their heads up their rear ends. In the 2011 we are once again seeing first time politicians out of the private sector, but unlike last time they are more serious, more thoughtful in speech, and able to keep their campaign on message despite Democrat attacks. Something many first time politicians and tea party favorites were unable to do in 2010.

If this becomes the rule rather than the exception this bodes very good for us and very bad for the Democrats.
