Maybe there is hope for Michigan yet. I left in 1996 for Florida but miss the weather, family, fall leaves & the cider mills but hated the taxes.
Now if they reduce the taxes, get rid of the unions, be able to fire bad teachers maybe I’ll think about moving back in a few years.

Plus...Today is openning day of small game hunting season and early anterless deer season. It was 38 deg this AM. I would hate to ever leave here.
We killed the 20,000 home child care workers union back February or March. It was another forced unionization that none of them wanted. The home health care workers are next on my list.
