Based on what empirical data are you going to base your lawsuit? Good luck finding an attorney to front the money for that class action suit without any credible scientific support. Any decent lawyer would get laughed out of court (perhaps even disbarred for wasting the court's time) if they filed a claim based on something as silly as a press release from SANE Vax, Inc.
