The potential for RA would have showed up years earlier in her UAs, most likely as a child. Something as simple as a trace amount of blood in a UA during a routine check-up (and a follow-up UA 6 weeks later) as a child would have set off red flags and started a series of events, including blood work, continued exams, and probably an ANA screen with some more bloodwork. If that came back at a even a 1:80 ratio, she would have been referred to nephrology for closer monitoring. In the worst case, a kidney biopsy would be taken, and the risk factor would be pretty clear cut.
There are so many misinformed posters on FR posting things about Gardisil and the scientific method that make them look like fools. Of course, most of them are arguing in order to smear a political candidate, and have no interest (or are incapable) of understanding these things. I’m just trying to keep some reality on this board.
Scythian is irresponsible for posting this trash.
Another problem is the reference to using a naturopath as a reference. Naturopaths are quacks, who are illegal in Texas and only licensed in 15 states and DC. Even most Dem, corrupted State governments won’t license them.
Follow the link to the cited author and you’ll find claims that vaccines are contaminated with HIV, cancer, and leukemia. Just how do they suppose that happens?
Of course, there’s no medically known mechanism for the claims in this article, either.

this goes beyond Perry and Bachmann. Many Americans are clueless about science and just don’t care. “Don’t bother studying math and science and getting A’s. That’s for nerds! Oh...why are the asians taking away all our high paying jobs...”
