What’s “love” got to do with it ??
This is really weird — plan and simple,
just plan weird.

The last time I heard that “If you love me...” preface, it came from a petulant twelve year old who was trying a bit of emotional blackmail to get what she considered stylish clothing. She grew up, is grounded in reality, and has a promising career ahead of her. Mr. Obama fails on all those criteria, except for the “petulant 12-yr old” part.

Now, THIS thread is great - Barack should ask Harry Reid if he loves him three times, Reid could play the role of a libtarded Peter.

What's the difference between Jesus and Obama?
Jesus doesn't think he's Obama.

Actually, I thought Obama was trying to act in a messianic manner also, but the writer used the wrong quote.
Jesus speaking: “If you love me, you will do as I command” - John 14:15
Obama speaking: “If you love me, you’ll pass my bill”

What’s love, but a second-hand emotion? Who needs a heart when a heart can be broken?

“if you love me, you got to help me pass this bill.”
I see the English language has not been spareed in the economic downturn, either.

One of my favorite tweets on #attackwatch:
Really Mr. President? If you love me. . . I wonder how many other date-rapes started with those words?
