Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio in Arizona has constituted a special law enforcement posse to investigate allegations brought by members of the Surprise, Ariz., Tea Party that the birth certificate Barack Obama released to the public April 27 might be a forgery, WND has learned.
The posse, under the authority of Arpaio's office, will consist of two former law enforcement officers and two retired attorneys, headed by Michael Zullo, a retired police detective originally from Bergen County, N.J.
WND confirmed with Zullo and with Arpaio's office that the investigation into the Obama birth certificate has been sanctioned fully by Arpaio's office. The investigation, they said, will be conducted with "utmost diligence," and the investigators will be authorized to utilize subpoena power.

I take it that the sheriff is investigating as to law violations in Maricopa County , Arizona where he is the high puba for law enforcement. I would guess there will be an investigation as to fraudulent SS numbers and birth certificates used for official purposes in Maricopa County. This might be the sheriffs method for a grand jury. Big oaks from little acorns do grow, interesting times ahead.

You really make me want to just give up. But, alas... This issue doesn’t require “legal analysis”. It merely requires that you understand the definition of a phrase. What does “natural-born” mean? If it means mere citizenship, then there is no discussion... correct? So, if natural-born is synonymous with native-born, you are right. Guess what? It’s not.

The reason Stanley Ann Dunham Obama birthed Barak H. Obama II in Kenya is because Senior was Muslim, and Barak II therefore is considered legitimate in Kenya but not in the U.S.A. Muslim men in Kenya can have multiple wives.
The Democrats were very busy in 2007 and 2008 scubbing all the interviews given by Barak and Michelle where they freely admitted he was born in Kenya. It was a different situation in Africa. The Dems were much slower in getting around to scrubbing newspapers and journals in Africa of the admission BHO2 was born in Kenya.
The Dems weren’t completely successful until late in 2010. However, every once in a while some official cannot help themself and boldly proclaims, Barak H. Obama II was born in Kenya!
