Has anyone stopped to ask the obvious question?

If there were truely any deaths associated with this vaccination (instead of just rumors of deaths), don’t you think trial lawyers would be all over this like flies on manure?

And yet there are no class action lawsuits, no lawyers on TV with grieving parents, no TV ads saying “if you were given the HPV vaccine, call the law firm of Will, Chethem, and Howe; we’ll represent you.” In fact, there is nothing out there.

There is something out there! Its the damn paulnutz drumming up more crackpot fabrications to smear Perry with, and Downhill Bachmann was stupid enough to get suckered into their lame game.

Congress has substantially limited the ability to sue a vaccine maker and SCOTUS has reinforced that with a ruling.

The reason you don’t see lawsuits is because they are next to impossible to win.

I agree.

You must be unaware of the protection provided Big Pharma by the U.S. Government. In some cases, blanket liability protection is provided by statute. In other cases, all cases must be adjudicated only through the federal Vaccine Injury Program.

Maybe THAT has to due with the little piece of paper the parents have to sign before it is administered and perhaps the underpining politics/agenda.

The news is just coming out on this vaccine. The lawyers will be along eventually. The Avandia commercials came about 2 years after my father suffered bad side effects from the drug. No, he didn’t sue. Many people who have suffered personal injuries at the hands of Big Pharma don’t want to put themselves through the stress of litigation.

I know that I’m late to the party, but I just have to add this note:

If you Google “gardasil lawsuit” you get 85,000 hits. The first page alone is almost nothing but class action lawsuit information.

Yes, the vultures are circling.

There are some that are speculating that the makers of gardasil are pushing to make the vaccine mandatory to protect them from such lawsuits when the dangers of the vaccine become known.

The makers of gardasil admit that they don’t know for sure if their vaccine even works. HPV has a 15-20 year incubation. The test subjects were only followed for 18 months to 3 years.
