That is what I thought about John S. McCain during last election since there was no doubt he was the weakest candidate and guaranteed to lose.

That is what I thought about John S. McCain during last election since there was no doubt he was the weakest candidate and guaranteed to lose.

The difference is, McCain did not advocate a loopy, insanely dangerous foreign and defense policy that would completely alienate 75% of Republican primary voters. Paul has so many twisted, bizarre positions that many/most Republicans could not even vote for him in a primary or general election.

Those types of comparisons can flow until the cows come home... but Ron Paul has a small group of raucous fans and nothing beyond it.

He`s not going to be elected president of the US. Ever.
