If Obama was white, we wouldn’t even be having this discussion, he’d have a half dozen top tier candidates about to toss him on his butt in next year’s primary (with Hillary as the top dog, obviously).
But the Dems have a HUGE problem, which is that Obama is black. How can the big-wigs of the Dem party toss him out, and not anger and depress the black vote at the same time?
Very difficult - even if Obama ‘voluntarily’ steps aside for 2012, they have the same problem - they must get the hood to believe it was really voluntarily. Somehow they have to work up a plan to convince black voters that Obama left on his own...and that’s it. Now, if the Republicans are smart, they’ll make sure that the black voters know Obama was told by his (Democrat) masters that his time was up - WITHOUT FINGERPRINTS.
DO YOU HEAR ME REPUBLICANS - NO FINGERPRINTS!!!! Do it the way mafia guys do it and have about 10 levels of deniability - so that it looks like the NAACP are the ones running the ads (saying Obama got shafted), not the RNC. Otherwise it backfires.
The Dems seem to have forgot about the two edges of the sword that is the race card.
