I can't even take a pistol into NY legally to target shoot at a range 5 miles over the border.

Under the proposed law, I would be able to legally carry in NY with my FL license.

I am well versed with the gun laws in NJ and to a somewhat lesser degree, NY, and I know how strict the laws are in NY and even worse in NYC.
