On Saturday morning, Illinois Democrat Congressman Mike Quigely made a surprise appearance at the American Islamic College Conference in Chicago. The unaccredited college is the first of its kind in the United States.
Quigley gave remarks to the primarily muslim audience. He rambled on about the typical racism and discrimination that the liberal left is so convinced America is rampantly infected with. As you can see in the video below, he proceeded in his congressional capacity to apologize on behalf of the country for discrimination against muslims faith.

The image that comes to my mind is from the original b&w version of the The Thing (1951) where the little weasely scientist (who looks like a bolshevik) grovels before the monsters mumbling “you are so much wiser than I. See, I have no weapons. I am your friend.” just before it clouts him on the head.
They are usually the first ones to get shot.
And not just in the movies.
Thats why they are called useful idiots.

This useless schwantz has no business apologizing for anyone other than himself. And that he could spend some time on.
Did they get angry and cut his head off? Sounds like he’s not using it anyway.

Paging Ann Barnhardt...remember how much Lindsay Graham’s comments annoyed you? Get a load of this guy...
America, what did you do this time? Have you been bad again?
Altogether, pathetic.

“That video just became an opposition campaign video. Quigley should resign immediately.”
We have a local afternoon talk radio show, Shannon & Parks. They were so angry at the asinine remarks made by Tony Bennett (on Howard Stern’s show) about us being the terrorists and responsible for 9/11 that they said their show would permanently ban Bennett’s music.
Good on them. But I saw a View clip where TB (sitting with his duet partner, lesbian singer KD Lang) gave an “apology” for his remarks - he was reading a statement (on paper) prepared by his attorney, half smirking, and saying that “no one loves this country more than I do”.
It was disgusting and obviously disingenuous. You telling me a seasoned stage performer couldn’t memorize a brief written statement? (rhetorical question) With a new cd out, I just think he, or his manager, was afraid he might get “Dixie Chicked” if he didn’t apologize immediately.
How did we get SO many public figures who hate this country that made them rich??? It’s truly sickening.
Not much difference there.
