The similarity is there, but is there anything besides a facial likeness that links Padilla to McVeigh or the other guy?
Apparently, Nichols may have been in the Philippines at the same time as Ramzi Yousef and his attorney made some kind of bizarre reference to that but I don’t know if Padilla is linked to either McVeigh or Nichols.
