My first thought as well -

the only way this bunch of commies is going to allow oil drilling in our territory is if it is done by and for the benefit of another country.

Silly question. The US doesn’t drill wells! We don’t need no stinkin’ cars. We got bikes. Obama needs the gas for his planes and his fleet of cars when he travels.
