That was the intent all along, plus putting insurance companies out of business..............shrink the pool, kill the companies............... I think so too.
And Howard Dean, at least, can be commended for his candor (if for very little else)...

I agree. We have 21 employees and pay 170,000 a year on their health insurance. We pay 100%. If this new law goes into effect we will drop their coverage and pay the fine of 2,000 per employee per year. Anyone would be stupid not to do this.
