One comment says it is photo-shopped.....How can we be sure its real?

Yes. Look at the man to Obama's right. Behind Obama's hand, the face looks really strange, like the man has three eyes, or he suddenly turned his head and the picture was double exposed, which of course doesn't happen with today's cameras. No, I think the Obama hand was cloned over the photo--very very badly photoshopped. This may be the worst photoshop fake I've ever seen.
Also, the shirt collar of the three eyed man looks garbled.
Oops—That’s not a third eye, it’s the left temple of his glasses. Obama’s hand seems to be casting a shadow on the man’s face. Maybe it’s not photoshopped. Maybe Obama is trying to conceal who he’s standing next to. Bizarre, to say the least.
